One of the first things you will notice upon arriving at our hotel in Puerto Rico - The Fajardo Inn, are the lush gardens and creative landscaping. The Fajardo Inn was voted "Green Hotel of 1996" because of its reforestation and conservation programs. Not only do we have an abundance of magnificent tropical plants, but we also have an extensive vegetable and fruit garden. Almost all of the greens you will enjoy at our on-site restaurant are picked daily from our gardens and all of the flowers you will see throughout the hotel are from our own grounds.
The Fajardo Inn also has the perfect facilities to accommodate small and large gatherings. If you are planning a convention, a Puerto Rico wedding, retreat, business trip, family vacation or a romantic getaway, our Puerto Rico Hotel is the ideal place.
There are two restaurants on the premises where you can enjoy a delightful meal. The Star Fish Restaurant, awarded by the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico as a "Mesón Gastronómico", serves international, creole and seafood cuisine. The Blue Iguana Mexican Grill & Bar serves up Tex-Mex dishes and great margaritas.
