Join us this spring for fun festivals and events in Puerto Rico!
We’ve compiled a list of upcoming events – scheduled across the island – you won’t want to miss on your next visit. Plus, you’ll find local food and music at almost all these happenings. And, where there’s music, there’s bound to be singing and dancing!
March 02 to March 04
A Surfing competition intended to share the history of surfing in Puerto Rico and to acknowledge those whose sacrifices helped bring surfing to the foreground of sports in Puerto Rico.
Where: Rincon at Domes or Maria’s beach, depending on waves.
Coffee & Chocolate Expo – Puerto Rico
March 10 to March 11 @ 11am-6pm
An expo celebrating chocolate and coffee with samples and information, artisans, educational seminars and contests. It’s the biggest event for coffee & chocolate lovers.
Where: Convention Center San Jaun
March 11 @ 7am-1pm
A 5k challenge event with 25 obstacles and wild terrain. This event was founded to make people aware of the consequences of not conserving the planet. Support a better a better future!

Mar y Tierra Culinary Fest
A food festival with music and entertainment. Many local restaurants will attend to serve delicious items for purchase. Those attending are: Rare 125, Ceviche Totti, John Does, The Nie, Flavor Fusion, Los Chamos, LM Seafood, Jossie Pinchos, Willy Paella, Fusion and Paladar, John Potatoes, Colombian Delights and more!

Free Admission to Forts
Free admission to the San Juan National Historic Site – El Morro and Fort San Cristóbal – in Old San Juan, for first day of National Park Week.

Día Nacional de La Zalsa
April 29 @ 11am-8pm
Day of salsa music and dancing! The National Day of the Salsa was created to celebrate talented salsa musicians, composers and performers. From its first year, locals and visitors alike have gathered in support of this great event.
Where: Hiram Bithorn Stadium
May 04 to May 06
A festival celebrating pineapples! With tours of farms, food and lots of live music. Proceeds benefit local farmers and the development of agricultural infrastructure.
