Rancho Buena Vista is another option: their location within the municipality of Humacao is down the coast from the Inn, just a half hour away.  Their trails progress through a variety of different terrains including golf courses and, of course, several majestic beaches.  These make a few different levels of difficulty available.  Rancho Buena Vista also offers an introduction course to horseback riding so newcomers can enjoy themselves as well.
