The Northern Karst is a limestone area, which extends from Aguadilla to Loiza, pall towns belonging to the north of the island. Among the Northern Karst landscapes have, the limestone hills, caves and sinkholes, which are important as ecosystem for flora and fauna. This helps keep the ecosystem balance, eliminate flooding, helps water infiltration to the ground.

We will move north of the island and start our journey in Laguna Tortuguero, from there we will depart to Mar Chiquita and Cueva La Golondrina in the town of Manati.  Cross to the coast to the Indian Cave in a marine environment and end our tour in the Cueva La Ventana in the area of wooded hills in Arecibo.
